Our Profile

Sanghamithra Youth Organization is a voluntary organization established in the year of 2017 and registered on 17 - 03 - 2017 under the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001 in Warangal, Telangana. Students, Youth and likeminded friends gathered and formed this organization to do social service, especially in the fields of children’s, youth Education, Training, Awareness, Development and Act’s and Government Schemes. Members of SYO committed to spend part of their earnings as basic fund. SYO also works with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.

Organization

Sanghamithra Youth Organization Office is located in Narsampet, Telangana. SYO extends its supports all over Telangana State. SYO organizes and contributes in the fields of Education, Training, Development, Awareness, Act's & Government Schemes.

Organizational Structure

The management body of the organization is a Board of 8 members and founder, consisting of founder, President, Vice - President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and two Executive Members. This Board is the ultimate decision maker such as education, training, developmental activities plannings, staff recruitment, procurement of resources, fundraising activities and overall management of all program’s facilities. Board meets once in every 3 months regularly to review the programs implementation, discuss the issues and take decisions towards organizational growth.

Sanghamithra youth organization vision is to bring awareness among the people for their development and welfare. SYO encourages youth to participate to bring qualitative change in various aspects like education, health, agriculture, science & technology, sports, environment and socio - cultural issues.

Mission

Sanghamithra Youth Organization mingles with local youth groups and students, children’s, public ground level to reach organization aims their development in various aspects.

Aims & Objectives

Sanghamithra Youth Organization (SYO) aim is to bring awareness among the people for their development and welfare. Sanghamithra youth organization encourages youth to participate to bring qualitative change in various aspects like education, health, agriculture, science & technology, sports, environment and socio - cultural issues.

1. EDUCATION: Strengthens school education. Emphasizes on eradication of child labour and girl child education.

2. TRAINING: To empower youth by giving trainings in computers, technical skills, soft skills, entrepreneur skills, (self-employment), leadership, personality development and National integration.

3. AWARENESS: To involve youth in awareness programs like scientific temper, eradication of superstitions, environmental issues and encourage to participate blood, eye, organ & body donation activities.

4. DEVELOPMENT: To engage youth in rural development and transformation of urban slums.

5. ACT'S & GOVERNMENT SCHEMES: To train youth on government acts (RTI, RTE, ...... etc) and welfare schemes (RD, EGS, PMY, ..... etc) for further implementation at ground level in letter and spirit.

6. Sanghamithra Youth Organization (SYO) is non-political organization. It join hands with government (local/state/central) organizations or any other non-political NGOs to follow the above Aim and Objectives.
