Sanghamithra Youth Organization is a voluntary organization established in the year of 2017 and registered on 17 - 03 - 2017 under the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001 in Warangal, Telangana. Students, Youth and likeminded friends gathered and formed this organization to do social service, especially in the fields of children’s, youth Education, Training, Awareness, Development and Act’s and Government Schemes.

Mr. Gongalla Ashok is a "mirror image of a socially driven force." He is hard but sure. A postgraduate in commerce. He started his career as an assistant professor. It was a "dream come true" in 2017 when he conceptualised the formation of "Sanghamithra youth organization", with a vision of education bringing knowledge in India. Under this umbrella, his vision has been realised to serve many children and support many backward children in India. He is the honorary founder and president of the organization. He holds a full-time role as an executive director at the Sanghamithra youth organization. Though the idea of establishing an organisation is a collective effort by students and friends, he plays a vital role in the development of the organisation with an uncompromised dedication. He always believed his childhood teachers' words, which was an influential factor behind the cause of serving children, youth, and the public at the Sanghamithra Youth Organization.
